This home has it all and a small lake. Easy access. The community offers a Pavilion for family outings, 2 shuffleboard courts to entertain the family after a day of sightseeing or hiking trails. There is a large field for family fun and fishing, kayaking, and swimming in the small lake area. 5 minutes from several area attractions including 29 mile long Fontana lake with more than 240 miles of shoreline.
